What do you actually do?
We produce the work and hand it back as finished files. Modelling from CAD, PDFs or scans; construction document sets built in your template; photoreal renderings; site and context models; feasibility and code review; and drawing support through the CA phase. There is nothing for you to install, license or learn.
How does a project start?
You send the source — CAD, PDFs, scans or a site address — along with the scope. We quote a fixed price and a delivery date against that actual source, before any work starts. Once you accept, we build it in your template, your naming and your standards.
What Revit versions do you work in?
Revit 2025 and 2026. We work in your version and hand back a native .rvt you can open and keep working in, along with a coordinated PDF set. Your templates, families and naming conventions drive the output.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, and the date is quoted with the fee so you have it before anything starts. A single model or a small set turns around in days; a full document set is scoped by phase. Turnaround is part of the quote, never a surprise.
How do you price the work?
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee per deliverable — per sheet, per model, per report, per image — after we review your actual drawing set. You know the cost before anything starts, and one revision round against the delivered scope is included. Contact us at info@bimopsstudio.com for a quote.
Do you support the set after it is issued?
Yes. We carry drawing support through the construction administration phase — RFI responses drafted and drawn up, field changes documented as sketches and bulletins, revisions clouded and tracked, and the record set kept current. Remote; site visits stay with your team.
