Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BIM Ops Studio software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

BIM Ops Studio provides AI-powered BIM automation services including RevitMCPBridge implementation, custom workflow development, CD production automation, and consulting. Service terms are defined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Open Source Software

RevitMCPBridge is distributed under the MIT license. Custom implementations and automation scripts developed during engagements are governed by the terms of your service agreement.

4. Supported Versions

BIM Ops Studio services support Revit 2025 and 2026. Compatibility with future Revit versions will be addressed in ongoing support agreements.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on BIM Ops Studio's website and in our software are provided on an 'as is' basis. BIM Ops Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall BIM Ops Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BIM Ops Studio software.

7. Autodesk Developer Network

BIM Ops Studio is an official Autodesk Developer Network Member (#USUS0234). Our software is developed in accordance with ADN guidelines and best practices.
